SQUAT
5
Can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind. It is used by athletes in cross-training for sports, by weight-trainers as a fitness exercise, and by practitioners of yoga as part of an asana regimen.
LUNGE
6
A conditioning exercise performed in a prone position by raising and lowering the body with the straightening and bending of the arms while keeping the back straight and supporting the body on the hands and toes.
PUSH UP

HIP HINGE
8
Is an exercise in which you hold your body straight and parallel to the floor while resting on your toes and hands or elbows: Are very good for strengthening your core. By strengthening your back, chest, shoulders, neck, and abs, this exercise makes it easier to keep your shoulders back and your lower back in a neutral position while sitting or standing — two vital components of good posture.
PLANKING

Is a great exercise to build core and shoulder strength. Athletes use it for ROTATIONAL movement, which can be seen in sports. Though it seems easy, it takes a lot of effort and stability.
