4 It’s the total sum values of a variable or set of variables

5 It’s a run through of a set of commands.
Iterate
6 It’s the repeat of a set of commands.
Loop
7 It’s an operator that outputs the remainder of a given calculation.

8What are the steps involved in problem solving?
You could write out the code through pseudocode, a flowchart, or both.
9Except for the START symbol, how many entry points should a symbol in a flowchart have? Explain.
There are no other ones.
10Except for END, how many exit points can a symbol in a flowchart have? Explain.
There are 2 other exit points that come out of either the end of a decision symbol or one on the bottom and one on the side of a decision symbol.
11What is the difference between a REPEAT loop and a REPEAT UNTIL loop.
A repeat loop repeats the code inside it for a set number of times while a repeat until loop continues until a certain condition is met.
12When would you use a REPEAT loop and a REPEAT UNTIL loop?
Repeat loops are used when you know the amount of time you want the code inside the loop to be repeated while a repeat until loop is used when you don't know how many times that code should be repeated.
13Give the input values for num1 that satisfy this condition:
not num1 < 10
Write an equivalent Boolean expression.
Input values: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc.
num1 > or = 10
