Fluids & Electrolytes
electrolytes play an important role in maintaining homeostasis within our body. Our body is constantly transporting nutrients, electrolytes, and oxygen to cells and carrying waste products away from cells. In order for our body to do this, body fluids and electrolytes have to be maintained within the narrow limits of normal in order to maintain homeostasis and promote health
