When low BP is sensed ADH is released increasing perm of water increasing blood volume

a way the body controls pH by absorbing or secreting H+ and HCO3- ions

If you are acidic what would we expect from tubular secretions?
We would expect to secrete HCO3- and uptake more H ions into the collecting tubes. adding more buffer to blood and removing h ions

If you are alkaline how might the tubular secretion react?
We would expect to see a secretion of H ions and uptake in HCO3 ions back int o the collecting tubes.
