Epinephrine is a naturally occurring catecholamine that increases heart rate, contractility force, myocardial electrical activity, systemic vascular resistance, and SBP. Epinephrine decreases overall airway resistance and automaticity. Also through bronchial artery constriction may reduce pulmonary congestion and increase tidal volume and vital capacity.
